YouTube Vanced is a modified version of the YouTube app that lets you watch videos in the background or in the picture-in-picture mode. In PIP mode, the videos are shown in a small window which overlays itself onto another app that you are using at the same time. You can watch a video while using any messaging app like WhatsApp and more. The app also works in the background so if you are listening to a music track or a podcast, you can lock the phone and the content will continue playing
