PDFCreator is a file conversion tool developed by pdfforge. With PDFCreator, users will be able to quickly convert files to PDF using any application that uses Windows printers for printing. It can also convert files to images, combine documents, and customize profiles for a much more seamless conversion experience.

System Requirements

PDFCreator works exclusively on Windows. While Windows 10 is the recommended OS for PDFCreator, the tool can still be run on Windows Vista, Windows 7, and Windows 8. The device will also need the 4.5.1 version of the .NET Framework, at least. 

Easy Conversion Methods

There are several ways to convert files to PDF using the PDFCreator. The easiest way is to drag and drop the files onto the program interface. Another simple option is to right-click the file in the explorer window and choose “Convert with PDFCreator”. Users can also create PDFs directly from another app in use as long as that app supports Windows printers. Regardless of the method, users must choose PDFCreator as its default printer. Upon choosing Print, PDFCreator will open a dialog box where users can customize the output PDF’s details. 

Other Features

PDFCreator can combine multiple documents into one document once converted. It can also be used to send PDF files to others quickly via email. The tool also secures PDF files, allowing users to password protect those documents and add watermarks and stamps for added security.
